Valuations and Surveys
We provide written valuations for many purposes. They may be, for example, for prospective sellers wishing to establish the value of properties in their ownership or valuations for matrimonial purposes for the division of assets or for probate purposes to establish Inheritance Tax payable on death. Our records of sales transactions go back over 15 years.
Prospective buyers will often wish to commission us to carry out a Building Survey or an RICS Homebuyers Report and Valuation on their new home. We can help you choose which survey is right for you.
