Current deals and negotiations which we may be conducting, together with records of transactions going back over many years give us sound comparable evidence upon which to base our valuations. They might be for a purchaser or lender, for a client’s Self Invested Personal Pension or for tax purposes.
We carry out surveys for buyers and tenants of commercial properties from period office buildings to modern industrial units, and from shops to public houses, hotels and rest homes.
